CUTLET WITH CHEESE

Preparation time 30 minutes cooking time 40 minutes make 20 cutlets
4 boiled potatoes
300 gram cheese
2 tbsp chopped coriander
6 chopped green chillies
1 chopped onion
3 sliced bread
salt
1 teascup plain flour
oil
tomato ketchup for serving
mash the potatoes very well
crumble the cheesesoak the bread for 3 minutes and remove the from it
mix all the ingrediants very weadd salt
shape like cutlets
mix the flour in 1 1/2 teacups of water
dip the cutlets and ro;; it
deep fry the cutlets
SERVE HOT
