Preparation time 15 minutes Cooking time 15 minutes Serve 6
2 small bunches spring onions
85 gram boiled noodles
120gram grated cheese
3  teaspoon milk
2 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper to taste
Chop the onion with leaves.
Heat the butter in a vessel and fry the onions for a few minutes.
Add 2 teaspoon of water and boil for 10 minutes.
Add the hot milk noodles salt and pepper and cheese.
Serve hot.
