PANEER

250 grams hard paneer
4 teaspoon plain flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp amchur
1 tsp ajwain
oil for frying
Cut the paneer in small pieces
Mix the plain flour and 1/2 tsp salt in 2 teacup of water
Mix the amchur powder amchur powder 1/2 tsp salt and ajwain
Dip the paneer into the batter
Deep fry the paneer in oil
Roll it in masala mix
Put the toothpick and serve it hot.
